Zachary grew up in the Lansing area and lived in New Orleans for awhile. He spent most of his time at his grandfathers farm, where he worked and spent time in the great outdoors. His summers were spent in Grand Haven. During his free time, he would travel the world with his mom. Zachary graduated from Haslett High school, where he was a 4 sport athlete and competed with Haslett, clubs, and travel teams. After Haslett, he attended Central Michigan University, where he studied business and real estate and was apart of the fraternity Phi Delta Theta.
Zachary helped create and run many fundraisers including Fight For Olivia, For Sydney’s Sake, Max’s Race, and many more. He help the program Homeless Angels for many years supplying food and clothing to the homeless. Zac’s main influence was his grandfather, Randy Caltrider, who owns America’s Preferred Home Warranty. This is where Zachary found his true life’s passion for Real Estate and helping others.
